CMHA Central Region provides an annual membership to community members that wish to support our cause. Memberships renew on April 1st of each year. The cost for a membership is $20.00 ($2.50 for those on limited income).
As a member you are entitled to:
- Volunteer for committees and other projects
- Attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting each year
- Apply to sit on the Board of Directors
- Receive a tax deductible receipt for membership (full rate only)
CMHA Central Region provides a variety of programs and services that encourage people with mental illness to maximize their potential, while working towards reducing the stigma associated with mental illness. Your membership fee supports our shared work of creating a mentally healthy community.
To apply for membership, download and complete the Membership Application Form (PDF). You can return your completed application to us via mail or fax, or you can drop it off at our office in person. You can also fill out the online application form below.
