Get Better Together
This 6 session, 2 hour per session course helps students living with long term physical and mental health conditions deal with the challenges of ongoing concerns or disabilities. This course is offered in-class or online.
Walk and Talk
Research suggests physical activity at least 20 minutes a day can improve mental and physical health. We invite students to join us Friday’s at 1:00 PM from October 6th to Nov 24th for a 30 minute walk towards better health.
