Get Better Together
This 6 session, 2 1/2 hour per session course helps students living with long term physical and mental health conditions deal with the challenges of ongoing concerns or disabilities. This course is offered in-class or online.
Walk and Talk
Research suggests physical activity at least 20 minutes a day can improve mental and physical health. We invite students to join us Friday’s at 1:00 PM from February 2nd for a 30 minute walk towards better health.
Healthy Sleep Habits
This 1 day, 2 hour course will discuss the barriers to get a good night’s sleep, why sleep is so important to our mental health and strategies to improve sleep habits.
Physical Activity and Mental Health
This 2 session, 1 hour per session course is offered in partnership with Prairie Fitness. Students will explore the link between physical activity and mental health, and learn how they can improve their mental health through physical activity.
